Plan Concern raised with the width of the extension and projection of the front canopy (being close to the front boundary over the family room part of the extension). The options for the minor changes required are as follows: • A staggered set back – set back the whole extension from the front elevation of the original house with the family room element needing a further setback of at least 2m if the overhanging canopy was to remain. • Again if keeping the overhanging canopy, just the family room element would need a setback of at least 2m. • Remove the overhanging canopy from the extension and just set back the family room element by 1m from the front elevation. Amended plans received as requested with the overhanging canopy from the extension removed from the family room frontage and the family room also set back further by 0.9m from the front elevation. 13-Apr-2018 20-Apr-2018
