Plan Following the site visit on 03/08/2018 due to the staggered building line I have concern that there would be a breach of the 45 Degree Code in relation to the nearest rear facing habitable room windows at both ground and first floor of No. 31 Longmeadow Drive. Could you please submit a plan at a scale of 1:200 to demonstrate there is no breach of the 45 Degree Code in relation to the nearest rear facing habitable room windows at No. 31 Longmeadow Drive at both ground (quarter point) and first floor (centre point) levels. Alternatively, if no breach can be demonstrated the submitted plans will need to be amended so the two storey side extension does comply with the 45 Degree Code. Amended plans submitted as requested 06-Aug-2018 20-Aug-2018
