Plan As submitted due to this being a semi-detached property I am unable to support due to the following reasons: • The roof of the two storey side extension is not set down from the height of the original roof. • The first floor of the two storey side extension does not have a minimum set back of at least 0.75m from the original front elevation. • The front gable feature above the first floor bedroom on the existing house is out of character with the existing property and surrounding area. 16/08/2018 - Asked builder that was on site if he could tell the applicant/owner to respond to my email.
