Plan In regards to the above application, unfortunately as submitted I am unable to support due to the breach of the 45 Degree Code in relation to the proposed single storey rear extension and the nearest rear facing ground floor habitable room at No. 107 Barnett Lane. It is recommended that the overall depth of the proposed single storey rear extension is reduced to 3m from the original rear elevation of the property. In addition to this please submit an amended proposed site plan at a recognised scale of 1:500. Received as requested - the single storey rear extension is now not in breach of the 45 Degree Code 08-Oct-2018 19-Oct-2018
