Plan With regards to the above application, unfortunately due to the height and location of the proposed boundary fence on this open corner plot I am unable to support this application as submitted. I would now recommend submitting amended plans with one of the following options: • Omit the boundary fence completely • Lower the boundary fence to 1m if to be kept in the same location (with hedging as a further screening option) • Relocate the fence at the same height proposed off the boundary to retain the open nature of the corner plot.
