Plan With regards to the above application the following design issue has been raised by my Principal Officers: • The first floor forward projecting gables In order for this application to progress more positively in terms of design please remove the first floor forward projecting gables from both the detached and semi-detached dwellings proposed. The pair of semi-detached dwellings especially need to be a matching pair and have an element of symmetry. Please provide amended plans no later than Wednesday 4th December 2019. Apologies for the short timescales, due to annual leave and objections being received I have shorter deadlines myself if I need to send this application to the chair of the planning committee for a final decision to be made.
