Plan With regard to the above application unfortunately I am unable to support this application as submitted due to the breach of our 45 Degree Code Policy (please find a copy attached) in relation to the nearest ground floor rear facing kitchen window at the neighbouring property (No. 25) – the proposed single storey rear extension (office element) would result in loss of light and outlook to this habitable room. We have also received an objection against the application also referring to this issue. In order for this application to progress more favourably please provide amended plans reducing the depth of the proposed single storey rear extension (office element) to a maximum depth of no more than 4m. Please submit scaled amended plans (both proposed floor plans and proposed elevations) no later than Friday 13th December 2019.
