Plan With regard to the above application unfortunately I am unable to support this application as submitted due to the breach of our 45 Degree Code Policy (please find a copy attached) in relation to the rear patio door on the attached neighbouring property (No. 8) – the proposed single storey rear extension would result in loss of light and outlook to this habitable room. In order for this application to progress more favourably please provide amended plans reducing the depth of the proposed single storey rear extension element to a maximum depth of no more than 3m.
