Plan With regards to the above application, unfortunately as submitted I am unable to support due to the overlooking and loss of privacy that would result from the proposed balcony. As there is no issue with the proposed two storey side extension or the single storey rear extension it is now recommended in order to progress this application more positively that amended plans are submitted omitting the proposed balcony. Applicant wishes to have the decision made as submitted and will appeal the decision. Plans now received omitting the rear balcony and replacing with two storey rear extension with Juliette balcony 06-Jul-2020 20-Jul-2020
