Plan Amendments were sought to prevent the rear single storey extension wrapping around the catslide roof of the Mucklow property and being visible within the streetscene. This could be overcome by reducing the width to set the rear extension off the North side of the property or by altering the roof to a hipped deisgn as opposed to a monopitch so it could be hidden behind the catslide roof. Amended plans were submitted adding a hip on the North side of the rear single storey roof so its pitch reflected that of the catslide roof and would not be visible within the streetscene. 21-Dec-2020 08-Jan-2021
