Plan With regards to the above application, unfortunately as submitted I am unable to support due to the overlooking and loss of privacy that would result from the balconies. It is now recommended in order to progress this application more positively that amended plans are submitted changing the platform style balconies to Juliette balconies. If you wish to send amended plans or withdraw the application, please do so at your earliest convenience, if not before the end of the day on Friday 12th March 2021. If I have not heard from you by this date, the application will be determined as submitted which would likely be a refusal and referred back to the Enforcement Team for the next appropriate course of action.
