Plan Amended plans were requested to: -Reduce the roof height to a maximum of 6.8m to be in keeping with the existing roof heights of the next door properties and assimilate withthe streetscene. -Remove the front dormers which would be a feature not observed on the existing property and would be out of character in regard to the host dwelling and streetscene. -Remove the increased roof height of the existing pitched roof garage as it already breaches the 45 degree rule of number 12 and would exacerbate their impaired outlook. -Relocate the central gable feature to the side to ensure subservience and reflect existing front gable feature of host dwelling whish is on the South side of the front elevation. -Include the missing Roof Light (RL6) that is shown on the floor plans but not on the elevations. Amended plans were submitted inlcuding most of the requested amendments, except for relocating the front gable feature to the side, and the roof light missing off the elevations was entirely removed.
