Plan With regards to the above application please find attached the consultation response from Highways which needs addressing in order for this application to progress. In addition, with regards to the plot with the shortest garden depth, could this pair of dwellings be staggered to bring that first plot forward (lose the landscaping to the front) to increase the garden depth to the rear? This would also create a design break. Please submit amended plans at your earliest convenience however no later than Friday 30th July 2021. Apologies for this short deadline, but as the application has also received 4 objections from local residents to date I would need to send the application to the Chair of the planning committee for the final decision to be made if recommended favourably.
