Plan With regards to the above Lawful Development Certificate applications, unfortunately as submitted I am unable to issue the certificate as it does not constitute permitted development for the following reasons: • Materials must be similar in appearance to the existing house – Needs to be tile hanging only to match the existing. • The roof enlargement overhangs the outer face of the wall of the original house – The width of the dormer needs to be brought in from the side of the attached neighbour (no. 26) so there is no eaves or roof overhang shown on the proposed plans In order for this application to progress favourably please submit amended plans addressing the above issues at your earliest convenience, however no later than Friday 6th August 2021.
