Plan With regards to the above application, unfortunately we are unable to support due to concerns in relation to the design, scale and potential overlooking issues. In order for this application to progress more positively it is recommended that the following changes are made: • The proposed front gable on the left hand side needs to be reduced in size so the original/central front gable remains the main prominent feature to the dwelling • Removal of the proposed render • The first floor side facing window on the proposed two storey rear extension needs to be relocated to the rear elevation • The scale of the proposed two storey rear extension needs to be reduced – it is recommended it is pulled off the boundary with No. 293 and projects off the original rear elevation only with a traditional hipped roof If amended plans are forthcoming please submit at your earliest convenience, however no later than Friday 13th August 2021. If I do not hear back from you the application will be progressed as submitted to a refusal.
