Plan Amended plans were sought to remove the proposed balcony in order to prevent demonstrable harm to neighbouring properties through overlooking and loss of privacy. The front dormer was requested to be altered from one large dormer to two smaller dormers to ensure subservience and to be in line with PGN 17. The materials were requested to match the host dwelling to ensure assimilation between old and new.
