Amendments

Amendment Type Notes Response Date Requested Cutoff Date Received Date
Plan Amended plans were sought to decrease the size of the proposed dormer window to mirror the existing dormer window. increase the proposed set back to 0.75m, as is standard, in order to create a visual break between old and new and to prevent precedent in the pattern of development which would create the terracing effect Amended plans were initially provided including a concave design in the roof which was not considered acceptable in design terms. Amended plans were provided which changed the pitch in the lower slope of the proposed first floor roof so it didn't match the pitch of the host dwelling, but the upper slope did. This resulted in a set back at the point of the eaves of 0.3m but a set back of 0.9m at the point in the change of the pitch of the proposed roof which was considered acceptable on balance. The dormer window was amended as requested. 25-Mar-2022
