Plan Amended plans were sought to label the proposed window in the side wall elevation of the hip-to-gable extension as opaque glazed. Clarification was also sought as the proposed roof floor plans and proposed elevations appeared to differ with the 0.26m offset from the South side of the roof illustrated on the elevations appeared to be missing from the proposed floor plans. Amended plans were provided including the opaque glazed label to the window as requested. It was clarified that the floor plan provided was for the loft floor plan, which illustrated the proposed dormer being sited directly on top of the house's South side wall, and not a roof plan which is why the 0.26m offset was not included on floor plans.
