Amendments

Amendment Type Notes Response Date Requested Cutoff Date Received Date
Plan Amended plans were sought to remove the proposed first floor overhang of the two storey side extension in order to prevent a visible, incongruous overhang that would appear out of character to both the host dwelling and within the wider streetscene. This was requested to be achieved either by reducing the width of the first floor to line through with the side elevation of the ground floor, or to increase the width of the ground floor so it lined through with the side elevation of the first floor. The agent and applicant declined to provide the requested amendments and have requested refusal of the application in order to appeal the decision. 22-Jul-2022 05-Aug-2022
