Plan 9. Amended plans were sought to remove the proposed extra two storey side extension 1.45m width to the side of the already approved two storey side extension as it was considered cumulatively to be excessive in terms of width, scale and massing and would not be considered a subservient addition to the host dwelling and wider streetscene. It was also suggested that amended plans be provided bringing the proposed two storey side extension forward to create a more traditional side extension and improved roof design would also be supported to resolve the excessive width issue.
