Amendments

Amendment Type Notes Response Date Requested Cutoff Date Received Date
Plan Clarity was sought as the block plan indicated that the proposal did not encroach on neighbour number 14’s front elevation but the proposed plans did and the proposed plans did not match what the case officer had observed on-site. There would have also caused issues as this would indicate that the incorrect Certificate (A) had been signed. Amended plans were provided removing a section of the proposed canopy so it did not encroach on number 14’s front elevation which accurately reflects what was observed on site when the officer undertook a site visit (and that the correct Certificate A was signed). 18-Apr-2023
