Amendments

Amendment Type Notes Response Date Requested Cutoff Date Received Date
Plan Amended plans were sought to reduce the rear projection of the proposal in order to prevent a breach of the 45 degree code and demonstrable harm to 57 Heath Street in terms of loss of light and outlook. Amended plans were provided reducing the proposed projection by 1.15m and introducing a small step in the rear elevation to prevent a breach of the 45 degree code. This was not considered acceptable and amended plans were provided setting the proposal off the shared boundary with a 2.5m reduction in projection to eliminate the breach of the 45 degree code and ensure appropriate scale, massing and subservience to the host dwelling. 30-Oct-2023
