Amendments

Amendment Type Notes Response Date Requested Cutoff Date Received Date
Plan Amendments were sought to reduce the projection of the originally proposed rear extension as it would result in a breach of the 45 degree code for neighbour number 131 Summerfields Avenue as it would cause unacceptable loss of light and outlook. Following discussion with the agent, whilst there had been an approved Local Development Order for Householder application for a 4m rear extension that has expired, the agent was advised that unfortunately a fallback position could not be taken on an LDO application as a full planning application requires an assessment of neighbouring amenity unlike an LDO, and that the scale would need to be reduced to prevent the breach of the 45 degree code or this rear element would need to be removed from the proposal and an LDO re-applied for. Amended plans were provided with the entire proposed rear extension removed from the proposed plans. 03-Apr-2023 28-Apr-2023
