Plan Amended plans were sought to reduce the scale and massing of the proposed outbuilding and altering the siting of the building so it was closer to the rear boundary in order to limit the proposal’s impact in terms of loss of light, outlook and overbearing impact on neighbouring properties. Furthermore, it was requested that the doors and windows be repositioned with the windows reduced in size and opaque glazed to prevent overlooking of neighbours and loss of their privacy.
